Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us at support@luminalglowbyzee.pk within 1 days of receiving your order. We will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier and reshipping your items if necessary.
